- Refunds: Payments are non-refundable
- Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing upon 30 days' notice

6. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, app-stack.net shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us in the last twelve (12) months.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
